Open-Faced Turkey Sandwich
- 4 slices crusty herb or white bread
- 4 tablespoons cranberry orange relish, divided
- 8-12 thin slices fully-cooked OVEN ROASTED TURKEY
- 2-2/3 cups mashed potatoes, heated
- 2 cups leftover turkey gravy, hot
Place each bread slice on dinner plate and spread 1 tablespoon of relish on each slice.
Top bread with 2 warm turkey slices, 2/3 cup mashed potatoes and 1/2 cup gravy. Serve hot.
